ORDERS
We do our best to process and ship orders quickly. Once the order is processing, unfortunately we cannot make any changes.
Yes, we exclude billing/payment information from all packages. Only a packing slip is included, which can be used for returns/exchanges.
Please be sure to add your name in gift message at checkout, so the recipient will know it is from you.
THE BASICS:
The Mantra of the Month subscription program is a monthly subscription box that will contain a bracelet with that month's mantra. Boxes will arrive the first week of the month.
You can choose between silver, gold, or rose gold bracelets for your boxes. If you're not sure, you can also let us choose. If you select Let Us Choose for your bracelet color, we will decide if you will receive either silver, gold, or rose gold in your box, and the color of your bracelet will change each month. The Let Us Choose option guarantees you will receive at least one bracelet in silver, gold, and rose gold per year.
Boxes ship out once each month. You may keep the previous month's bracelet if you would like, though we recommend you help spread the love by gifting it to someone you feel would benefit from the mantra.
BILLING AND SHIPPING:
The credit card used at checkout is the credit card we will bill each month for your subscriptions. If you would like to update the card on file, please send us an email and we would be happy to help you make the change.
First month's subscription payment will be processed on the date of purchase. Payment will process on the 22nd day of each month after that.
Boxes will arrive the first week of the month.
Cutoff date to order a monthly box is the 22nd. Orders placed after the 22nd will receive the next month's box. This means that, for example, if you place your order on January 22nd, your first box will be the February box. If you order January 23rd, your first box will be our March box.
Shipping rates are the same as for all other products on our website. We offer free shipping for US orders, as well as a variety of shipping options for most countries.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
We will not accept returns or exchanges for monthly mantra bracelets. If you do not connect with a specific month's mantra, we recommend you pass it on to someone who needs it in their journey.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
We are more than happy to update the shipping name and address, billing information, or bracelet color for your subscriptions. Send us an email, and we will make the change for you.
If you would like to update the bracelet color for your box, please let us know and we will make the change. Be sure to specify if you want the change made for your current box, all future boxes, or both.
Cancellations can be made at any time, and we do not charge a cancellation fee. If you would like to skip a month, please let us know and we can arrange that as well.

Sales tax is automatically calculated by our shopping cart provider based on the recipient's zip code. Most states require sales tax for online orders, though some do not. Rates vary by state, as do local city and county laws regarding sales tax.
You will receive an email with tracking link when your order ships. If you haven't received an email with tracking number within 2 days of purchase, please check your spam/promotions folder for an email from us.
Please send an email to support@mantraband.com with subject: "Wrong Shipping Address" along with the correct address as soon as you can in order to make a change. Most of the orders will be processed and shipped within 2 hours after you place the order, so it's important for us to make any changes as soon as possible.
SHIPPING
Delivery Timeframes
Free Shipping (USPS First Class): 3-4 days for orders shipping to West Coast, 5-7 days for orders shipping to East Coast. This option offers Saturday delivery to most locations.
Priority Shipping (USPS Priority): 3-4 days. This option offers Saturday delivery to most locations.
Express (FedEx 2nd Day): 2 business days. If you order on Monday before 12pm PST, expect to receive on Wednesday or Thursday. This option delivers on weekdays (Monday-Friday) only. If you order on Friday and choose Express shipping, the package will arrive following Wednesday.
UPS Ground (wholesale orders only): 5-6 business days. This option delivers on weekdays (Monday-Friday) only.

Your MantraBands are shipped from our warehouse location in Las Vegas, Nevada.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 days. US orders take 5-6 business days to arrive with free standard shipping (faster if you chose Priority or Express). UK, EU, and AU orders may take 14-21 business days to arrive. These estimates are based on the free/standard shipping options. For faster delivery, please choose Priority or Express shipping at checkout.
PRODUCT HELP
The best way to adjust our bands is before you put them on. The oval shape is comfortable for most people, but it depends on the shape of your wrist.
Start from the right side, and squeeze the edge of the bracelet upward. Do the same with the left side. When you adjust it this way, the edges of the bracelet will get closer to each other, and the shape of the bracelet will be oval, without creating the bump in the middle. Leave enough opening, about the size of the height of your wrist, so you can easily slide it on. Once the bracelet is on your wrist, squeeze it just a little bit for the perfect fit.

Mantraband bracelets are fully adjustable and will fit most wrist sizes. They will not fall off if adjusted properly. Adjusting is very simple. With the bracelet off of your wrist, encircle one hand firmly over the edge on one end of the bracelet and make your adjustment by bending this portion of the bracelet. Bend gently and adjust a little each time. Do the same on the other side.

Holiday schedule: Due to our holiday schedule, custom orders placed after October 14th will be delivered after Christmas. Regular turnaround time still applies.
We use highest quality stainless steel and sterling silver in our jewelry. We do not use inexpensive base metals. Each one of our pieces is expertly hand crafted and pass through a 5-step quality control process. They are made to last a lifetime.
Our bracelets are made of hypoallergenic, tarnish resistant stainless steel. Gold and rose gold bracelets are 18K gold dipped over stainless steel.
Our rings are made of hypoallergenic, tarnish resistant stainless steel. Each ring comes with an included 24" chain, so you can wear them as a ring or necklace.
Our necklaces are made of .925 sterling silver. Gold and rose gold necklaces are 18K gold dipped over sterling silver.
Packaging: Each bracelet, ring, and necklace comes in a gift ready recyclable packaging with an inspirational message describing the mantra on the product. Each message is unique to the mantra.
Nickel: There is a trace amount of nickel in our silver (stainless steel) bracelets, however most people with nickel allergy report no issues. Our rings and necklaces are nickel free. All our products are lead free and third party tested.
All MantraBand products are covered for defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. General wear and tear is not covered.
All bracelets include a lifetime warranty against breakage. If it breaks, we'll replace it for free.
Gold plating is covered up to 90 days from the day of purchase and against workmanship defects. We recommend minimizing water exposure for gold and rose gold bands. It's best to store them in a dry place when you're not wearing, in order to avoid humidity and prolong the life of the piece.

We can only guarantee the authenticity of your MantraBand if you purchased it from MantraBand.com or an authorized MantraBand retailer. Bracelets that may resemble MantraBand bracelets but are purchased from third-party websites or non-authorized retailers are purchased at your own risk and are not guaranteed to be authentic.
Authentic MantraBand bracelets are marked with M logo mark, and each authentic MantraBand bracelet comes in a kraft MantraBand packaging with descriptions and features the MantraBand trademarks.
MantraBands look delicate, but they are very sturdy, made to be worn everyday and last a lifetime. We guarantee that your MantraBand will not break due to adjusting.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item purchased on our website, please email us at support@mantraband.com to arrange an exchange. We will send you an exchange form, as well as a return shipping address.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items, discontinued items, or custom items. These items are final sale.
Please kindly note that exchange shipping costs to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned with original product packaging intact. Please allow up to 1 week for processing of your exchange once we receive it. We will email you store credit for the value of the exchanged item.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well payment systems including PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Affirm.
No card information is ever saved at MantraBand and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. We at MantraBand take active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. In addition to processing all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by industry standard 128 Bit SSL encryption to protect your private data. MantraBand does NOT keep credit card information on record.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Yes. We offer free standard (first class) shipping for orders of $100 and up. The shipping charge for all other orders is flat $15. We also offer Priority and Express Mail options for faster delivery. You can see the cost and delivery timeframe for those at checkout. Please make sure that your address is written completely in English when you checkout so the system recognizes the address. Most of our international orders arrive within 2-3 weeks, but depending on the country, they may take up to 4-5 weeks to arrive. Shipments to Canada and Australia arrive faster.
International orders to European countries can potentially incur charges such as customs, duties, VAT, etc, upon their arrival in the destination country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by MantraBand. Orders of 3 or less bracelets usually will not incur customs duties.
As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

We are a proud member of 1% For The Planet and donate at least 1% of annual sales to non-profit organizations to protect, preserve, and restore the natural environment.
Our CharityBands® line of bracelets supports charities that create a positive impact on women’s and children’s issues. We donate $5 from the sale of each bracelet to the supported charity. HOLIDAY ORDERS
We are happy to provide extended return policy for orders placed between November 1st and December 31st. If you are not completely satisfied with your holiday purchase for any reason, please email us at support@mantraband.com to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges on holiday orders are accepted until January 31st.
Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. You will receive a full refund on your returned item once it is received.

Free Shipping (USPS First Class): Order before 2:30pm EST on December 15th.
Priority Mail ($5): Order before 2:30pm EST on December 17th.
Express ($15): Order before 2:30pm EST on December 20th.
