My wrists are very small/large, will the MantraBand fit?
MantraBand bracelets are fully adjustable and will fit most wrist sizes. They will not fall off if adjusted properly. Adjusting is very simple. With the bracelet off of your wrist, encircle one hand firmly over the edge on one end of the bracelet and make your adjustment by bending this portion of the bracelet. Bend gently and adjust a little each time. Do the same on the other side.
Will MantraBand break when I try to adjust?
MantraBands look delicate, but they are very sturdy, made to be worn everyday and last a lifetime. We guarantee that your MantraBand will not break while adjusting.
I made a mistake in shipping address, can I change it?
Our warehouse takes pride in shipping items out as soon as possible. Many of the orders will be processed within 2 hours after you place the order. We are unable to make any changes once an order begins processing, but we do accepts returns and exchanges at any time, and would be happy to reship your order if it is undeliverable as addressed.
I am purchasing a gift, can you exclude price information?
Price and billing info are not included in packages. Please be sure to put your name in the gift message box (on the shopping cart page), so the recipient will know that the gift is from you.
Can I make a change to my order?
We do our best to process and ship orders quickly. Once the order is placed, unfortunately we cannot make any changes.
Do you make custom bracelets?
Yes - we offer customization for our original cuff style only. You can visit this page to place an order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer free standard (first class) shipping for orders of $100 and up. The charge for all other orders will vary by shipping country. You can see the cost and delivery timeframe for those at checkout. We collect VAT at checkout for orders shipping to the EU, so your order will arrive without delays and without surprise fees.
Please make sure that your address is written completely in English when you checkout so the system recognizes the address. Most of our international orders arrive within 2-3 weeks, but depending on the country, they may take up to 4-5 weeks to arrive. Shipments to Canada and Australia arrive faster.

I've placed my order, when should I expect to receive it?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 days. US orders take 3-5 business days for delivery. UK, EU, and AU orders may take 14-21 business days to arrive. Pre-ordered bracelets will be shipped on the date shown on the product page.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax on most orders shipping within the US. Sales tax is automatically calculated by our shopping cart provider based on recipient's zip code. We also charge VAT for orders shipping to the EU.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will receive a full refund on your returned item once it is received.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

Please report any missing packages within 5 days of reported arrival. We are happy to replace items that are confirmed to be marked delivered, but have not been received.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for discontinued items, or customized items. These items are final sale.
Gold plating is covered up to 90 days from the day of purchase and against workmanship defects. We will repair or replace items with worn plating within the warranty period.
Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 5 days of arrival. Please provide a photo of the damaged item so we can confirm, and we'll be happy to send you a replacement.
Please kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will not receive a refund or store credit.
Please allow up to one week for us to process your return after it arrives.
